“Washington College’s new president, Sheila Bair, has been busy since taking the helm Aug. 1. 

Despite the heavy workload and packed calendar, the Kansas native and former chairman of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. took time last week to speak with the news editors of Washington College’s student newspaper, The Elm.
