In celebration of the iconic TV show’s 50th anniversary, the inaugural Star Trek: The Cruise promises an immersive, six-day experience for Trekkies.
At the helm — of the event, not the ship — will be Capt. James T. Kirk himself, actor William Shatner.
Joining him for the “fascinating” experience: Marina Sirtis and Jonathan Frakes from “Star Trek: The Next Generation;” Robert Picardo from “Star Trek: Voyager;” James Darren from “Deep Space Nine;” Denise Crosby from “The Next Generation;” and John de Lancie from “The Next Generation,” “Voyager” and “Deep Space Nine.”
Also along for the cruise will be the Enterprise Blues Band, featuring three actors who have appeared in various Star Trek roles: Vaughn Armstrong, Steve Rankin and Casey Biggs.
Treats for Trekkies include dramatic performances, comedy shows and concerts by the actors; themed parties; screenings; and competitions.
You can’t beam on board, but you can book now at www.startrekthecruise.com.
