Joe is Major League Baseball’s Executive Vice President for Baseball Operations, a position he’s held since February 2011. In this capacity, he oversees areas that include Major League Operations, On-Field Operations, On-Field Discipline and Umpiring. In 1996, Torre led sport's most storied franchise, the New York Yankees, to their first World Series win in 18 years and they continued to dominate baseball for the next decade. In 2008, Torre joined the Los Angeles Dodgers and led them to the division title, giving the club their first playoff series win in 20 years. Drawing from his incredible success on and off the field, Torre now shares his leadership wisdom to help other managers achieve amazing results. Steadiness, optimism, serenity. Absolute loyalty and mutual respect. His message is powerful – well beyond the baseball field.
